From time to time, as part of the life of a Salesforce Consultant, I have to deal with email logic, routing into the system, and lately, what kind of emails we want to receive. Spam is a category of its own and should be handled on the email service provider's side.

I had the pleasure to speak on this year's CzechDreamin. And as I promised to some of you, I will try to summarize the topic that I presented there.
